Please read these terms carefully before booking your trip with Easo Trip.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. In case of cancellation, kindly notify us via email and phone call.

Mid-Tour Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation, curtailment, early departure, refusal to continue services, or voluntary termination after commencement of the tour shall attract:
100% retention on utilized services
Actual cancellation charges on confirmed future services
Non-refundable supplier/vendor commitments
No refund shall be applicable for unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing, permits, transport services, or any unutilized portion of the itinerary unless recoverable from suppliers.
Refund Policy
Refunds, wherever applicable, shall be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving refunds from hotels/vendors.
Transaction charges, permit fees, service charges, and non-refundable components shall not be refunded.
Important Terms & Conditions
1. Hotel Approval & Preferences
All hotel options are shared prior to confirmation. Once approved and booked:
Hotel selections shall be treated as final.
Subjective preferences regarding hotel exterior, ambiance, décor, surroundings, room size perception, social media comparisons, or aesthetic expectations shall not qualify as service deficiency or grounds for cancellation/refund.
Any request for hotel change after confirmation shall be subject to:

Applicable cancellation charges
Additional payable cost
2. Sightseeing & Vehicle Usage
The vehicle will operate strictly as per the itinerary.
Vehicle is not at disposal for personal use unless specifically mentioned.
Additional usage shall be chargeable extra.
Certain sightseeing points may remain closed due to weather, local administration orders, permit restrictions, or road conditions.
3. Permits & Restricted Areas
Permits for Nathula Pass, North Sikkim, and other restricted areas are issued solely at the discretion of local authorities and are subject to weather and road conditions.
Permit fees once processed are non-refundable.
4. Child Policy
Child rates are applicable as per hotel and transport policies. Extra mattress/bed arrangements are subject to hotel availability.
5. Check-In / Check-Out
Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings shall apply. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Force Majeure
Easo Trip shall not be held responsible for delays, alterations, or additional expenses caused by:
Natural calamities, landslides, floods, snowfall
Political unrest, strikes, road blockages
Pandemics, government restrictions
Or any circumstances beyond our control
Additional expenses arising due to such situations shall be borne directly by the guest.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
Carrying valid government ID proof
Timely reporting for transfers/sightseeing
Maintaining respectful conduct with hotel staff, drivers, guides, and local authorities
Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicle shall be payable directly by the guest.
8. Communication & Approval
Any approval provided through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other digital communication platforms shall be treated as valid authorization and confirmation from the guest.
9. Service Liability
We act only as an intermediary between guests and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, guides, and activity vendors. While we take utmost care in selecting quality services, we shall not be held liable for operational issues beyond our direct control.
10. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from the booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Siliguri, West Bengal.
Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the booking amount signifies that the guest has read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions mentioned above.
